the rooms were reasonably spacious and bright equipped with lovely decor. superb facilities, everything you could wish for.

I had luxurious days staying at this child-friendly hotel. The rooms were big size, with an electric kettle, a microwave oven and climate control, comfy bed. Loved that it was 5 minutes' walk from the train station👌

perfectly placed for strolling and seaside views

our stay was fantastic, especially being just a short walk to Deauville Beach and the lively Bassin Morny, making our family city strolls all the more enjoyable as we soaked up the beautiful views and charm of the area.

The location near the beach is fantastic, and the spacious apartments were well-equipped and clean. The service could be improved as we faced issues with communication, especially regarding breakfast fees that weren't properly disclosed. It was a pleasant experience overall, despite the setbacks.

Unfortunately, cleanliness standards fell short, with instances of shabby furniture, stained sofas, and dusty curtains present in the apartment. Issues like a lack of basic supplies, such as an insufficient number of toilet rolls for larger groups, were also frustrating. The absence of an onsite dining option combined with high parking fees adds to the overall inconvenience when looking for meals. Inconsistent communication regarding amenities left me feeling a bit lost .

The location by the harbor was perfect, and the pool was a hit with the kids 🌊. One downside was the high parking fees. Otherwise, everything else was great!

More signage for refuse bin locations would help.

The One-Bedroom Apartment had a lovely balcony and was well-equipped with a kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The place was clean and spacious, comfortable for a family. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with the kids. Enjoyed easy access to local shops and bakeries for breakfast.

The room was spacious and warm, perfect for a cozy getaway. We liked the full kitchen setup, super handy for making meals. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the heated pool was great for a splash, especially during the cool evenings. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. Just a perfect setup. Loved that we could bring the dog too!

the hotel provided a chilled-out base in a nice area. the location was unbeatable, with shops, quai, and the beach all within a short walk. 3. Our room was bright and enjoyable. 4. There was a nearby restaurant, Un Jardin sur le Quai, where we could eat.
